they are *.wba files and when I try to install it, by double clicking on the wba file nothing happens

Kind of frustrated that the user is not know how to express himself well especially English may not his native language.   

1. Turn off antivirus or sorts temporarily,it may hinder Windowblinds/Object Desktop package installed properly.
2. Run this script: http://sd.stardock.com/zubaz/apps/Purge_WB.bat ,reinsall Windowblinds again.
3. Still no go?? Run this execution file: http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/odnt_zapper.exe ,reinstall Object Desktop again.

Gaspershooters , when I tried your second link it comes back with a 404 error page

I have fixed the links,  

neither program worked, I did use the one where you have to download object desktop, I did uninstall object desktop and reinstall each program one at a time, thank you for the help

I tried google chrome  still nothing

When you say nothing happens do you mean the WindowBlinds wba files you download and double-click do not show up in your list of installed WindowBlinds?

You hit the nail on the head, finally someone explains what I have been trying to say all day, I can't thank you enough

Did you install or move Windowblinds itself  to a different location other than the normal one sargan?

Yes I'm sure I did that, can you give me any suggestions on how to fix this problem

Yes, completely uninstall Windowblinds 10.65 after making sure you have backups of all your skins. Then go to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock and delete the Windowblinds folder. Reboot your computer. Then run a good registry cleaner, such as Wise Registry Cleaner or CClenaer (or both) and make sure the registry is clean. Then reinstall Windows 10.65 and see if things work.

sargan, your computer is messed up. If this happened recently I suggest you go back to a restore point when it was working properly.

I doubt the user know how to..........based upon what have been aforementioned.
