[for GOG users] Ship Design Bazaar - come and share your ship designs!

First of all, a premise: I refuse to believe I'm the only person on the planet that bought GalCiv3 through GOG.

So, since we cannot have access to Steam Workshop, I've decide to open this post to create a hub where we can share our ship designs with the community. Everyone can post here his creations, just place them in a zip file, put it on an online space (example GoogleDrive) and then post here a link to download them.

To start this bazaar, I share with you my first set, my Alternative Terran Military ship set, which you can find here ---> https://www.nexusmods.com/galacticcivilizations3/mods/123/

Of course, Steam users can also contribute if they want, any new design is more than welcome. :)

Happy sharing folks!

Here comes a second shipset for you; this time it's the Drengin that will receive some love, thanks to my Alternative Military set (you can find it here ---> https://www.nexusmods.com/galacticcivilizations3/mods/125/ ).

I also renew my invite to join the bazaar and share here your sets with the community, the more people join the merrier. :)

A quick note, I renamed my first ship set as Earth Confederation Fleet Pack and updated it with new designs, you can find the new version in the same link as before.

Also, I'm still waiting to see your ship designs in the bazaar, don't be shy! |-)

I have GalCiv 3 on GOG. However, I haven't designed any ship templates. I haven't been making many ships as the game designs ships for me.

Hey , I have GOG version too. GRM works for GOG and Horems UCP , he just made a compatibility change , which as soon as i understand what I am doing , i am sure it will work.

I think I need a modding 101 course lol. There are many files and I don't understand how the game picks up the modded files when they are named differently from the original.

letting you know we are out here with you . its a big galaxy.

Right now I am trying to combine GRM and UCP . Gauntlet and Horemvore have been very helpful. But I still lack understanding, I guess i will go through the files the hard way to understand what is what and why certain files are in certain places.

One of my goals is to become good enough so I can contribute

Have a great day
