Please let us Update the Unit Transport and other Citizen units

So, it's the end of the game.   I've got ships that routinely have base movement of 30 or more...     The unit transport moves 16...

Assigning Citizens to any planet later in the game is painful as often times it takes 20 or more turns to get them to the planet when playing on the larger maps.

Same issue with the Commander and Admiral ships...  Early game these ships are crazy powerful.  But by the time one gets to the end of the game the fleets with these leaders are actually the SLOWEST fleets, despite their ability to double movement.

Please give the players the ability to upgrade the Unit ships with their current tech levels.

Have you tried moving the Commander and Admiral ships out of the fleet and move them to a newer fleet? If you didn't already know, they are units in a fleet. In my experience, these ships are always the state of the art. I find they have at least 1 engine (warning, I favor ship capacity techs in my games). I think its the old ships that are slowing you down.

If the fleets are not fast enough, try adding another commander to the fleet. You'll need a second fleet with no commanders. You can split your fleet for this.

Yeah no... that's not it.

Given the Prototype Engines give 5 movement and nothing else is better I usually put 2 or 3 on each ship. 

I'd rather have a faster fleet with slightly less firepower than a slow fleet that has a lot of firepower.

So the "fast" Admiral ship is still slower than molasses...
