After a lot of complaining and crying (mostly the latter) I think I've been able to get universal Lifetime founder access going.
Now, to access the actual build, you'll need to go to your GalCiv III properties and type in ToriansArceansMercs into the betas tab.
Elite Founder => Lifetime founder.
The people who paid the full amount from get go are considered Lifetime founders and we are referenced as that.
Then came the upgrade package "Elite founder" where you had to pay extra to upgrade to Lifetime founder thus they are referenced as Elite Founders.
And Founder is a founder who paid for EA and base game.
Nowadays its GC3 Gold (with Gc3 Dlcs)
And regular (base game)
My friend, who didn't make it to Discord and be able to get in on the early testing of Crusade, has asked me if the opt-in update 2.13 preview is the same as the vip_build that I'm using. As I have no clue I'm asking the powers that be. Thanks.
