Thanks for reporting this.  We are looking into it.

Did you run the 2.91 beta?

How many monitors are you using?  What resolution? High DPI?

I deleted the roaming\stardock\fences\backup folder

Then I didn't get the error this time until I tried to take a snapshot under layout and snapping.

Just updated: strange issue: every time I enable fences (using the enable button in the settings) I'm unable to move my desktop icons, scroll in a fence, make a new fence, scroll to a second desktop page,... I'm only able to right, left click on stuff.

(windows 10 pro 64bit -- clean install of fences using revo uninstaller)

Edit: If i disable fences using the same button I can move my icons again.

Edit: just found something, when I move an icon using right click (press right mouse button down on an icon, move it to somewhere, release right mouse button) and then select the "Move here" option. It works? But al the other things still don't work.

Actually the scaling is 168% for all three since I have "Let me choose one scaling level for all my displays." checked.

Click on the Up arrow in the title bar.

Ctrl+double click opens the portal fence as before

alexandrasantana...

I had to delete your comment as the image failed and ended up as several 'pages' of raw data.

If you need to post a link to an image here please check it is a working one...;)

Just went from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 and upgraded to Fences 3. I have had 2 issues since installing Fences 3 on the evening of 5/13 where all but a couple of the desktop icons disappeared. I doubled clicked the desktop and nothing happened. I verified that the desktop setting were set to show desktop icons. If I did a right mouse click and refresh I would momentarily see the desktop icons but they would disappear again. I uninstalled Fences 3 and the desktop icons appeared. Windows 10 is an education version and I am using dual monitors.

How about the detailed view (view->details) in the Folder Portal? Fences still resets the user settings to the default settings after rebooting the OS. Or am I doing something wrong?

This appears to be a Windows Limitation.  We are looking at how to work around it.

Version 3 runs significantly faster on my PC than 2.90  Thanks!

Too bad two of my Fences still display an anomaly.  In one, the upper right icon never changes regardless of the sort position.  I another, it's the upper left icon.  If I delete the offending icon then the last icon in the Fence ytakes its place and stays there. X(
