What do you want fixed on WinCustomize?

The search. I have never found it to be very effective. Needs to be more intuitive or at least give more general results. One word searches seem to work best but many skins have more than one word which seems to confuse the search engine. I have typed a name in the search box many times only to have it come up empty. It really needs to be improved because the way it is now is not even worth using.

The general Graphic Design / Looks, but maybe that's not on your table...

Maybe not so much a fix as bringing the home page and forum pages, i.e. background colors, more in line with the other forums. I've seen the same thing since 2006. Be nice if the site had a bolder look. I think our new members would really like it. But that's just me.

And yeah, maybe a choice of colors or patterns for our background forums would be nice.

You might want to fix the Top Skins and Top Skinners list on the home page. For instance, if you open the Top Skinners area and select All Time, and then View More, the list that comes up says Page 1 of 0. This type issue occurs in all 3 sub-areas (Yesterday, Last 30 Days and All Time). Also, in the Top Skins area, when you click View More, the skins that come up do not match the list that was shown.

I'm in line with replies one and two, also, make the site use the entire window when maximized on a widescreen monitor instead of all that wasted space on the sides.

Another thing, the taskbar button and IE Tab When on the home page says ".......Your home for Windows 7, Vista, XP themes,.......... etc". When in the forums Recent Posts, it is even worse, mentioning XP only. That should be brought up to date.

 Please eliminate that automatic checkmark in the Subscribe box in the forums.

All good suggestions!  Keep'm coming.  However, at this time I do not see any major changes to the design or look of the site.  But I can definitely look at fixing or tweaking some of those issues.

2. You don't see any major changes to the look. Ok. However a bit of a wow factor would be nice for all the new people that find WC and sure there must be many in a months time. A full page view of at least the main page would go a long way.

Fix the Captcha in Private Messages.  It ALWAYS reports the first attempt as wrong, even when it is correct.

Pain in the ass. Big time.

Fix subscriptions. I've never subscribed to anything and the auto subscribe box is unticked, yet I'm subscribed to zillions of the little bleeders...

It isn't a fix and hopefully they will fix it. But it can be done fast. After you are done writing just click "Send message without putting in the Captcha, it will go right to the next Captcha. Put in the letters, numbers hit send and goes right through. At least that stops you from having to put in the captcha twice.

add SOME buttons sow we can customize   the page  our self's ,it is  win customize  after all

I agree with your statement however I will take function over form any day. A pig with makeup is still a pig. That being said we should be able to have both.

I, like JC, would love to see both...but it's just not in the cards.
