I'm wondering, why is this one released to the public and is the other diplomacy screenshot in the founders repository? They're not that different.

I was wondering the same , but then I thought maybe it's because the Drengin are a key race in GalCiv and they would deserve a more prominent position to show them off.

Is it just me, or is Lord Kona looking uglier than usual? Old age must not be agreeing with him. Or is it the Torian diet? ;)

Oh, btw;

"Demands" \o/

Now I just hope we can threaten them too. }:)

8C My poor Torians.

Wow that is some AAA standard race graphics. You expect that for MassEffect but not a strategy game.

Okay, I've got a question regarding the ship concept art.

That's obviously the Yor, those are most likely the Altarians, but who is this?

I thought those were the Dreadlords. The ones that might be Altarian also look a bit Arnorian. But are the Dreadlords even in Galciv3?

Thalan maybe. Kinda looks bug ish. Ok thats a stretch but thats what it seems like it could be to me.

I doubt it. They were permanently defeated at the end of the TotA campaign. The Arnor are also gone for good.

Probably for the campaigns but I wouldn't count on it for the sound box.

And did you look closely at the texturizing? WOW. :omg: 8(| 8C

A small request:

Please add a button with the "Done" and "Accept" buttons to allow a player to reset and restart the negotiation list, maybe labeled "reset" or "restart". It can take a lot of clicks to change your negotiation without one.

duplicate post.

Good idea.

No reinvention of the diplomacy screen? And for military alliances, what about coordinated attacks against specific planets possibly in conditioned sequence to make it actually mean something.

He's older. Check out his hair. :)

A diet of tasty Torian's which are noted to be high in cholesterol and salt, will likely be the source of aging.

I see that the diplomacy screen is more compact now, and with more categories and options (like 15 bc per turn). I also want to go look at some of those techs in detail.

My first impression of that was you took a picture of somebody in your office wearing a mask... good job for everyone involved in creating that drengin.

I noticed a "Resources" category too, and the mighty Drengin have 11 different resources!  o_O

Looking goooood.

I'm noticing a lack of influence points to be traded as currency. Is everyone's favorite carpal-tunnel-inducing cheese tactic confirmed to be gone for this game?

Of all the repetitive things I've done in games, nothing else has come closer to making me download a macro generator than influence trading. If it's in this time, can we get something to allow bigger trades?

The gameplay screenshot also looks really nice.

But i think the label for the selected ship type shouldn't be "Race:". What about "Type:" or "Class:"?

Ya, that was race at one point, might be moving class from there as well. Just trying to keep you guessing ;)
