I recently installed TPM2004 on my second computer (an old Windows XP Dell) after first playing it on a laptop (Windows XP Hewlett-Packard) and while it works fine for the most part, it refuses to open in Window mode and always has the hardware cursor, despite having checked 'Open in Windowed Mode' and not checked 'Use Hardware Cursor'. I can play the game absolutely 100% fine in full screen mode (it has a fit when I edit the CoreCandidates file but I don't think there's a fix for that) but I prefer windowed mode.

Short version: Even when I check 'Open in Windowed Mode' it STILL remains in fullscreen mode.
