He is grumpy because Seleucia smuggled some pudding into his noob pie. He is higly allergic.
He has been sitting on the white throne for several days since then, with a bucket on his front. Stuff comes out down and up.
While sitting, he also played through the entire iOS and Android angry birdsies, tiny wingsies and is now contemplating buying a Playbook on craiglist looking for more casual games.

That and some Saint named Petersburg became more popular then him. They rejected Lenin for Petersburg. Grrr that hurt. The only thing that kept him going was that Stalin also became unpopular, eventually his name became even less popular then a certain body of flowing water. However, few people know this because Stalin put up a fight and b***hed about it.
