Heh, I just got kicked (again, and again, and again six tiems in row actually) as centaurs.

I am doing a seventh attempt, if i get kicked again I think I MIGHT take the message and lower the difficulty (sigh) below Sentinemodo

 

anyway, based on that few comments - as I generaly feel they are too weak

1. I can't decide whether vini is a mage or a warrior. The enitre faction, with their pierce damage tends to be warriors, but Vini hiimself has three magic picks and a familiar and a summon animal spell. So that is hinting strongly. and yet (might be my gameplay style, but I waste way too many level picks on potential/knowledge) leaving him quite weak until level 8 or so. He has non offensive magic, the animals he summons are low hitpoints and generally low defence ones.

2. centaurs move too slow, they really need additional move at three or so air shards. Otherwise they are simply massacred by enemy archers, they can get to.

3. I think they should have more hitpoints base (given they weight about ten times the human soldier)

4. other bonus might be that they move at double speed on plains

To clarify further, I was able to farm monsters with Stormlord very easily with Vini it's extremally difficult.

How about bound frost spear weapon of higher attack value (like that gnome champion?)

You seem to think the centaurs are weak, but they are one of the strongest factions at the moment. Stormlord is getting nerfed.

Met sombody using soul contract in tactical battle. When hovering over the description says: "Summon a level %d Death demon". Theat %d should be replaced by something probably

also, this is probably vanilla issue, but that death demon appeared on the spot of the casting mage

I'll tweak the tooltip but I think the summon has to be on the same tile, there was a technical limitation.

Uploaded 1.5u

It is likely to be the last version of this mod for the next month or so, as I'm going travelling. There may be updates if FE updates, or if there are critical issues that need to be resolved.

Bug:  Wolfman Deathward resurrects them at full health, not half health as the spell and tooltip state.

Really enjoying the mod, but I'm having a slight problem with a race I made with the race editor.

The game appears to think that despite the fact that the race is just altarians with Ironeer blood and golems, that my race are actually gnomes. This has lead to me being unable to use certain equipment, unlocking previously unavailable quest options and it leaves me with gnome city militia. I'm also using the armoured militia mod. If anybody would know how to change any of this I'd really appreciate it!

Sounds like an issue with the race editor.

I tried the custom race with stormworld disabled and my city militia appeared to be wraiths. I'm guessing the editor is missing some key components to making a custom race? Either way if the militia stay as wraiths after re-installing stormworld then that leaves me without the equipment restrictions etc, and therefore keep my lazy self happy. Thanks for narrowing it down!

 

Wait, I stand corrected, I installed stormworld again and I am gnomes again. I've got 14 .xml's on the custom race and am really scratching my head on why they're considered gnomes of all things. I'll take it up in the race editor thread.

Anyway you could make the Angel race use death shards for their bonus, instead of life shards if you choose them to be Empires race in the custom faction creator?

Loving your mod - been playing it since you released version c

Currently running latest version with the 1.12 update along with Armored Militia, Death Adepts, Elemental Suits, Ginsu Knives, IFC v4, Summoner Units and Parts of your Large UI mod

There are 2 issues that regularly happen -

1. Whenever I play against the Drota and have diplomatic screen appear, there is no sovereign picture, just the background.

2. When using any other sovereign, I do not have the Lizardmen faction available as an opponent

Any ideas?

1. I am aware of it. I will add it to the known issues list since I can't solve it.

2. Omiss shows up for me, don't know why he's missing for you. Try reinstalling the mod.

You must choose at least ten opponents, i think.

After that he appear.

I just played against them with six opponents on large map. so that's machine specific rather than mod one.

Been playing with this mod the past 2 games, very very nicely done!

Well thought out, good balance, great graphics -- very professional.

They (or someone in the field) should hire you!
