Not yet, sorry. I should have a version up later today. I removed the 0.914 version so people wouldn't get confused, it is definitely not playable on 0.915.

I have never seen this before, and it looks really good!

But you know, it also makes me angry... When questioned why all normal races in FE look the same, and why dwarves aren't short or whatever, the devs always said it was because they didn't want to have to design unique armor and races for each race, and that it would require loads more programming.

And yet you've managed to create at least SIX distinct and unique-looking fantasy races.

My thoughts on that:

- Their factions are much higher quality. Each faction comes with many skins, hairstyles, clothing. My factions mostly come with one skin, no hairstyle, no clothing. They also have like 4 different armor sets in the game for various models (a leather breastpiece has 4+ different looks). I only add 1 new armor set, the rest is re-used from those original 4 sets.

- They have memory restraints. For every 10MB memory they use on a faction, they could have used it on something else - spells, monsters. I am not as limited with memory because they build a game for 32-bit computers with less than 2GB memory, whereas I can build for 64-bit with 3.6GB or more.

- They are also restrained by their lore. They have developed this lore over many years and spent much resources on it. To develop new lore would be immensely expensive. And yet they have also said that they want a fresh lore for Elemental, not the same trodden-down fantasy races you'll find in this mod.

All right, that makes sense. Perhaps down the road in a few years, they can use the Elemental engine to do more once the average computer is better... :inlove:

Awesome.   It looks like I can no longer play on my old laptop at work.  I was actually surprised I could get this to run that long on the thing.    I'll have to try the latest version at home.   Great job as always!

All this stuff added while we're still months and months away from release? This mod is going to be a beast!

After the War and Reliquary for FE? Yes please!

Over the summer I'll be adding two more factions, frost giants and dwarves. Dwarves will be capable of building super-defenses in cities, but they'll be poor at attacking stuff (that's a big reason why I changed Living stone in the last version, otherwise they were practically identical to dwarves). Frost giants will be army-killers, a whole faction made up of single giant monsters that can crush right through the strongest armour. They'll be very weak to champions however, especially assassin and warrior champions.

The Reliquary mod I have no plans for, it's basically "when I come up with ideas I'd like to see happen in-game".

The Rivermod is basically done, unless there's some amazing tools for modders yet to be released.

Long-term, I'll be adding unique units to each faction. The idea is basically to put trainable non-designable units in every tech tree for every faction. Warfare units will be special commando-soldiers for factions. Civilization units are those you'd expect to see in a culturally advanced society of that race. And Magic units will be mythical additions and magic-casters for the factions. I think the unique units are what will be the most rewarding long-term for players. Right now I feel like each faction in the mod can be played in a game and it will play differently from any of the other factions. My hope is that the unique units will add another layer to that, so you can play each faction in three different ways as well. If I can do that successfully, in my book, the mod will be a significant upgrade from the vanilla game.
