Since getting the Mod to work, I'm crashing way more than pre-mod. Also, I'm seeing a lot of weird graphical anomalies I also didn't see before.

 

How do I fully uninstall it? I deleted everything under Mods and unchecked Use Mods. It crashes every time I try and start a new random

map, and I don't use any of the Mod factions (which still show up for some reason).

If you deleted everything in /mods/, make sure you delete all custom sovereigns in /units/ as well. When that is done, run the game as administrator once or reinstall. If there are no mods installed and you deleted the custom sovereigns in /units/, you are not crashing because of the mod.

Found a spelling mistake. Not sure if you'd like new threads for something like that in the modding sub-forum or just in this thread. I'll put it here for now.

In the sovereign selection screen for the centaur leader, spear is spelled separ.

It's great I think. I mentioned it in another thread that I added upgrades to the new monster recruitment resources so you can really dedicate yourself to civilization mid- and late-game if you so wish (assuming you find the resources and get the influence). Plus it spices up fighting the AI because they get them too.

Could you build large UI mod into this? or is it compatible? It is tough to have to install multiple mods, and make sure I don't miss any steps each patch, and make sure I remove all parts of it each patch from my games and from the install directory.

I would love it if steam workshop or some other great software managed it all for me.

They are compatible, but there is no point building it into this mod since they do different things and install to different folders. Sorry.

Some sort of mod manager would be wonderful.

ok thanks, it is often hard for normal humans to tell what is compatible and what is not when it comes to mods.

 

I assume I can't install  Master's Affliction and still get all the races and items from Stormworld without doing a lot of work?

Heh... working on a new bow going in to version F. I messed up the location of the files so I had a duplicate. I kept overwriting the wrong one, and I wanted to make it smaller but it wasn't getting smaller (cause of being the wrong file).

Heavenfall, a question or two on Frost Giants and their cloaks of hierarchy. I see the warning about not setting the cloaks as upgradeable, else losing the upgrade armor option. Does that mean that you can upgrade the units to the next cloak size, or is that more in relation to not being able to upgrade the rest of their armor?

Also, with not setting the upgradeable cloaks, does that mean you went through and set up basic units with the different cloaks or was that automatic and you somehow corresponded that with the former group,squad, etc., that the frost giants don't use?

Bit confused, I'd appreciate any help you can give.

 

And by the way, awesome friggin job! Really plays well, and stable to boot!
