I'm sure I'm not alone in wanting to know if the beta for FE is still slated to begin around Thanksgiving (i.e. soon). Would you please provide us an update? Bitte?

I'm not sure what is considered the "earliest of the WOM betas". There was beta 1, opened to all those who had preordered very early, but there was a sort of beta earlier than that opened to only a select few based on forum karma and other factors. Which one is it?
I've been looking to pre-order Fallen Enchantress, but can't find the game on Stardock's site. Is it there and I'm just not seeing it? Thanks.

as we know the beta of FE should be here in a few days. Sadly not everyone would be able to play it. So could you guys put some gameplay videos on yt, so we can see the game in action? Thanks.

Since there isn't goin to be a big push for advertisement, I think that this would be a great way to get the 'word' out about the game. Maybe the devs/dedicated fan could make a 30+ min. video showing the highlights of a game played through. A good video answers alot of questions one has about a game & if done right could be the deciding factor in a person purchasing the game. I know alot of people get 'turned off' immediately upon hearing the words 'turned based' so I was thinkin perhaps a walk through showing what all diseases this game offers would do well.

How would I know the beta has started if Impulse won't notify me? By checking the site?
Impulse has nothing to do with it! SDC will be up in a few days.
I am... more than a little bit confused. I bought Elemental on Impulse shortly after release, played for a bit, then gave up and have been waiting for Fallen Enchantress. Now the betas are scheduled to be rolling out soon, but Stardock no longer owns Impulse. How do I get access to the beta then?
I'd strongly recommend posting some sort of guide or FAQ about this when the beta goes up, if not before. Many returning players will be just as confused.
Impulse was bought by the evil corporation Gamestop a while back. Stardock is making a simpler downloading software called Stardock Central. It will be released before beta. There are plenty of threads about this, including a preview of SDC. I am sure they will put up more info for the less frequenting users next week or so, when SDC is actually released.

It's only been a couple days, guys. I want it too, but they've probably still got some cleanup they want to do before we get it and find a bunch of new things to complain about.

I bet it comes out on friday for those lucky enough to be in the first round.
