Lost My Mother

Amit my friend, I'm so terribly sad to read this. I wish there were some way I could comfort you, but that's impossible.

I want you to know that this is the worst time.... it will ease, but only over time. You can't rush it. Most of all, you must feel free to express your grief as you wish. I cannot profess to knowing how a son's grief is allowed or expected to be expressed in your culture...but I do know from my own losses that when you feel like crying, you should be free to cry and so on. I'm certain your friends and close associates will understand. If it happens when others you don't know as well are around, tell them why...and they will understand and become your friends very quickly.

Please feel free to avail yourself of me anytime. No problem. I'm honored you chose to tell us of your pain and sorrow and share it with us. You'll find only support here, Amit...

Please know you're free to say what you feel. No one will criticize you. We're family here... When you feel you need to talk with her, listen and you will hear her answering in your mind and heart.

If you need time to yourself, take it. One thing I can tell you: You won't be apart long in the great scheme of things. She's among all our mothers and hers...everyone's who has passed on. She's not alone, and neither are you.

I lost my mother a few years ago. I know it's hard to believe right now but the pain you're feeling will ease.

Just not being able to stop myself from crying since the time it happened, im finding it very hard to get back to my normal life.

Also I can't get back to my office and professional life as my Dad will be left all alone at home.

Was just thinking to get back to Skinning again to keep myself busy for some days ????????
