i wish there was a way stardock could give us the original world map as a playable option in FE for those of us that wants to risk the performance hit unless it's simply not possible with the current FE engine

Imho the map should be very easy to make using the map editor in-game. Who will claim the fame?

Or you can just import the map from the Destiny's Embers content, and edit it to work in FE

I have one complaint about the world map. I fear "pre placed boats" means maximum potential. I would like to see "Boats" as an item you purchase at the shop, which allows your unit to "embark".  That would be amazing, especially if the world wrapped.
