The ground is better textured, but still looks flat...
Chalk is worse... (IMHO)
Water reflection is still off...
Right spraycan is better with the paint leaking out and looks *less* glued-on. The shadows still need help tho.
Tape is better, but like the spraycans, its shadow needs fixing.

Perhaps this: http://www.photoshopcafe.com/tutorials/cast%20shadow/cast%20shadow.htm will help with the shadows.

na, used to live in the city though(Seattle,Frisco,Baltimore)

(I would assume that) the 'dots' on the blacktop appear to get smaller (and more compressed) the farther they are from the 'camera' (or viewer). If they are uniform in density and size, the image looks flat and pasted on. (as we see here)

Fixed that, used a pavement texture

And maybe the tape could use a bit of light reflection/glare.

Looks pretty good. Dont know about the blood,bloods not that reflective or bright .I like the pavement,but you lost your row of mortar at the bottom.Looks funny.Still not sold on the lights but they are better.

Its looking alot better IMHO but blood...if you include blood then you should add an empty wine bottle,cigarette butts and maybe a few hypodermic needles just to round things out.

Fix the chalk so it doesnt cover the hole in the wall.

And forget the blood.

I've got the following suggestions: The tags are not really on the wall yet, apart from skiners gp. If you have the wall as a layer, copy the same wall over all the tags and set transparancy to 25 or so. I would darken the back of the pavement with a dark purple/black airbrush-brush, so that you get more depth. Spray some on the bottom of the wall too maybe. Try a warpy brush for the reflection in the water, maybe some real dark spots in the pool(sky reflections).

Lights and puddle gotta go..........maybe a dim streetlight effect might work

Bones, the wall is looking good but there is something amiss with the reflection in the water. I think the reflection is showing the wrong part of the wall. It should be showing part of my nick and The Dawg's and some wall I think.

Ok...we don't need no stinkin' lights!!! I like it man! The pavement looks very real...everything is good. That light needs to be dimmed down or turned off though...

I tried everybody's thoughts and suggestions so here ya go

It looks GREAT! Just one more teeny lil' thing...the light makes Goodmorphing's tag hard to see...perhaps move it to a dif. side of the wall? Other than that I really like it! We finally have a real 'WALL'paper!
