My community wall !! Please help

I am making a wall to go with my grafitti wb skin, and i would like some help from you all, if anyone would like to help me with this please let me know. You can send me your own tags or what ever you want to put on it, this is going to be your wall too so lets make it happen, just try to make your image on a transparent background sized 100x100 so everyone can get on it. Just email it to me, and when i get your image i will respond Thanks!

A tag is another word for your signature, be it your name , nickname, or an image of some sorts that represents you individually. It can be pretty much anything you like

The background is black, with a green tab in the middle with the word grafitti on it, i'll post it on my current desktop later today

I think this is a cool idea.May I make a suggestion?Cool as that graffiti logo is,graffiti is seldom so 3d and its too big.I think a better background would be a wall or fence.(like with cracked stucco or something)If you were to use something with a wheathered and textured surface you could use displacement mapping on all the 'tags'.(so they would look painted on the surface)What do you think Bones?

i had bricks in the back at first, with cracks and missing pieces, i agree, i'll have to sift thru the tons of textures i have on cd, and tone down the 3d a bit i'll put a new 1 with a good texture in alittle while...

Make the 'graffiti' logo smaller and flatter.Center is fine but I think it should flow with the rest of the graffiti.Not be apart from it.

Love the chainlink!But whats with all the rivets?If you get tired of me criticising your ideas,let me know.I like this idea and will be glad to send you a tag.The graffiti still doesnt look sprayed.Plus do a google search on displacement mapping for PS and see what you think.Or I could show you how.Its a cool effect that will make the tags look like they are really on the wall.

This is a way cool effect.Your wall would be the displacement map,and your graffiti layer with all the tags would be the one you distort with it.

Personal opinion.... the brick wall is too repetitious, and the 'tag' appears to be in front of the wall, not on it.  Personal opinion

Thats better but look at the size of your chainlinks compared to the size of the stones.The stones would be tiny and almost no mortor joint.(every other row didnt even have joints ,just a continuous run of stone.)Hard for The tags to show against that.Now your Tag is too plain and maybe a little small.haha.Let me know when this gets old.Sorry.

Now that I look at it,displacement mapping might not work as well on such small objects,but you can still try it.Its really easy once you figure it out.Setting the overall opacity for all the tags might work almost as well.(85 90%)Play with it and see what looks best.

check us out I.R., I displaced by 1, then overlayed layer then doubled and reduced opacity and then merged, looks pdgood if you ask me
