New Update for Impulse found!

Thanks DC...but the problem is it won't update...keeps saying an error occurred.

just did a check to see as I have auto-update disabled and I was just able to update sks7 and wb7. I'm still have problems with cursorFX, it's aksing for a registration number for a free program???

The update on Impulse is for CFX Plus.
(Which isn't free)

I had this problem also, so I rebooted and Impulse updated normally after that.

WebGizmos, if you haven't done this yet try reset data under preferences.  That will sometimes clear up problems.  Worth a try.

If Impulse absolutely won't update, no matter what you do, please remove it with the following removal tool:

Reboot your PC, then reinstall with the latest Impulse installer here:

for what it's worth, I had this issue yesterday as well. I noticed that I had pending windows updates to run. After I did the windows updates and rebooted Impulse was able to update just fine.

Now that is something none of us thought about.

Ok Dewie...that fixed it.

However...in the future I think it best that you also let people know that doing this wipes out your archives and you should let people know they should save these elsewhere before doing this. Luckily for me I had my archives saved elsewhere long before doing this.

In addition....please let Jeff Bargman know that the latest or last update for ODPlus 1.90_11_11.2009 which is 1.90.033_11_11.2009 breaks OD Plus. It doesn't support the buffering of text and images on tabs. People will be able to tell by mousing over their ObjectDock.exe in their folder...it should say 1.9.0.537.

I apparently also have SkinStudio 7 Professional "installed correctly" but there is a constant yellow image with an exclamation in it. Any reason for this?

Did all this, even ran CCleaner, searched C drive for anything impulse and deleted, when try to install fresh full it keeps telling me to uninstall old version first, cannot continue install. There is Impulse in add remove programs but since I ran the cleanimpulse I cannot remove or delete from add remove as there is nothing really there.

I too have this one and I just up dated it and it is still there  V 7.09 BETA 4/7/2010

Cavan...did you try that ODZapper? And if it's showing in your add/remove I'd go ahead and try uninstalling it from there....might help. And does it show in CCleaners remove option?

Can't, just showing as a msi installer, no access to do anything.

Yes, but when try to unistall msi installer cannot be found. Wants me to try to find Impulse_Setup.msi. which I think would have been removed by running cleanimpulse.exe.?

It is not showing in zapper.

Downloaded will try later, have a render running.

Just watch out with Revo...it can clean too thoroughly.
