New Update for Impulse found!

There was an error while updating Impulse?

Any ideas why I keep getting errors updating impulse? I can't get any other updates until impulse updates!

Read this post and checked my Impulse. Had the same problem exactly. Rebooted. Reset data. No change.

Went into the General Settings in Impulse and put a check beside 'Use beta versions of Impulse' and then it was fixed!!!

The update on Impulse is for CFX Plus.

(Which isn't free)

I wonder why is it then an offering for updates, I do have the free version.

Was having same problem. Did all the steps above (Implse Cleaner and reinstall, etc.), checked beta, etc. Now not getting the update notice.

New version Impulse: v 3.27.534

Is this the latest? Are there updates for it?

How about (as I've asked for numerous times) a spreadsheet (UPDATED) with all current versions and latest update (version) numbers for all the software?

Why isn't SD doing this so we can figure out if something is or isn't working?

Did all this, even ran CCleaner, searched C drive for anything impulse and deleted, when try to install fresh full it keeps telling me to uninstall old version first, cannot continue install. There is Impulse in add remove programs but since I ran the cleanimpulse I cannot remove or delete from add remove as there is nothing really there.

If you ran CleanImpulse.exe, then you can remove the uninstall reference using CCleaner. Try downloading the following file:

http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_impulse_installer.reg

save the file and run it.  If in Firefox or a non-IE browser, you may have to go to File > Save Page as... if the link shows as plain text (if you're not sure, just follow the link in Internet Explorer).  Once you do this, install Impulse from the latest installer here:

http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe

If this doesn't work, send an email to [email protected].

Curt, I did the clean again, rebooted and reinstalled, but still have 3.27.534 despite having checked prerelease, beta forms of Impulse, etc.

What's the deal? Why won't Impulse find it's own update to 535 (1957)?

I'm frustrated.

This is the latest production build.  If you have beta versions of Impulse enabled, it may be an older version, as the production was recently updated.
