After some time-off from skinning (not my choice, been really busy with work the last couple of months) I noticed that RedneckDude had created a theme called Aero Station. He made DX goodies, ObjectDock backgrounds, a cursor, etc., but there was no WindowBlind!

I asked him if he would allow me to make the blind, and he graciously allowed me. I'm really liking it so far!

I say skip XP. It's not Xtremely Pertinent .

Unless your one of 50-60 % of world still using it.

I still use it for my business equipment, but only because I have to, I only have WB installed on it for testing purposes.

I guess skinning XP is a "should do", but it probably won't be for much longer. Just a redneck opinion.

Ross! You know better than that! You've helped me a TON. I, of course know that you'll test XP for me and will help me find all the bugs. But it'll be more frustrating for me because I'll be fixing parts and have know way to see with my own eyes whether or not it's working.

Yeah I can test on XP too when the time comes, but.. be prepared

Aha! I've done it!

I got to thinking (which is normally a very dangerous thing to happen) and figured I might be able to install WindowBlinds on my XP Virtual Machine within Windows 7... and viola! It worked!

I now can see what Aero Station looks like on XP. Woohoo! \o/

I think it's much too elegant for a red-necked dude from Tennessee. Maybe you could put a few scratches and a bit of rust or something here and there; otherwise, you just know that he's going to be walking the halls of WinCustomize, shouting, "I got a WB, I got a WB!!!

Check Pressurized Blind by Xiandi, based on the Pressurized DX by RedneckDude, and also there is Copper Carbon Fibre blind, by Xiandi, based on the Copper Carbon Fibre DX by RedneckDude....lol.

Just leave the blind (minus it's wheels) on some bricks on the front lawn and after he mows, he'll discover it. ;)
