Xer07, from what I understand, you will wait to tell her, only when you actually have to, you are gonna wait until the last moment, or so to speak.
Predictable scenario: 1-2 years from now, she decides she is old enough to live on her own, or simply she moves out with her parents. Anyway, she leaves from that city. So you cant see her anymore. The last day where you are together, you kinda panic, and you tell her, even though you know that she will leave, or you simply dont tell her because you dont want to upset her (it wouldnt change anything at this point, anyway). What would you do then, Xer07?
Thats just a thought.
But you need to understand, that maybe you wont be able to do what you are doing forever. Now you can see her, a lot. Now you have a chance. Dont let it slip away from you.
As soon as she breaks up with her BF, (which she will, I am sure. she broke up with so many others) tell her. Find a good moment where you are alone and tell her. The way you do tell her it doesnt matter. Just do it. Spit it out.

So far I've found of from Mishayla that I can't go because I'm a guy and I'm not gay, and from Jess that I SHOULDN'T go because her parents are still kinda... irked at me for being her first serious BF in a while, and that we broke up. Other than that, I should be able to go. At least for one day, it's a 2-day sleepover... Yes, Mishayla is going, and I'm going because for one: I need to repair their friendship that Mishayla's BF kinda broke, for two: I NEED to get away from my family, and for three: so I can get with my crush while her BF is away...

Hmm...This is just me, but as far as I myself am concerned, assuming they're both Bi:
Bi is an attraction to both male and female, so, technically, as long as all parties know about oneanother, one who is Bi can have a one BF and one GF, and not be cheating. However, if one is hidden from the other, it is cheating. All involved must know of oneanother.
AND THAT IS JUST OPINION!!!!!
I'm not saying that's the right way, but I do believe it is reasonable.
Also, GF of another girl is interchangeable with Best Friend, so that may be it as well.
