I don't know, or care, what that person was ranting about. But I do know that if he feels that he is superior or incorruptible he will be DESTROYED.
He doesnt just FEEL, that he is superior, he actually said many times, that he is the Angel of Death. That he is not mortal, and that we do not understand how "important" he is, etc. All kinds of bullshit.
