Banned for your 'disturbed' license has expired... you may now find yourself being arrested for the concept of pulling peculiar faces in public.
To avoid that you of course could tell the arresting officer that that is how your face looks all the time... in which case they will arrest you so you don't scare little old ladies out of their bloomers.
