List of Elemental Mods

Partly insipred by RavenX's suggestion list: https://forums.elementalgame.com/365404 I have decided to create a list of all Elemental mods. There aren't very many yet (I could only find 3:P ) but eventually I imagine there will be a lot of them, and it would be nice to have a place to see them all. This list will include everything, total conversions, map packs, graphical improvement mods, ones that just add one race or two, etc, etc. Hopefully when the modding section of the forums gets created, this thread can be stickyed:P

All mods will be listed in alphabetical order, sorted by type.

Note: I will not add any additional tags. Either it's released or it isn't. I'm not going to put things like [Public Beta] or [Closed Beta] or version numbers or anything like that. DO NOT ASK FOR THEM.

Suggestion: make two lists for the mods. One for the released ones and the second for the one in development. I guess most of them, if not all, are currently in development, but such distinction will be helpful in the future. Or simply add a short description next to the mod name: Released or In development.

Here's one I finished last night Kyogre. It's called "The Undead Rising" , https://forums.elementalgame.com/393516 . Please add it to the list of finished mods. It's a skin which lets players make Undead Sovs and Units. Enjoy :)

Depending on how many Dragonlance fans we have around here I may even draft some people to help me if they wish, but, I'll be looking for people with certain skill sets. Mostly a Coder or two as that's not my strong point. I'm at least going to give it a try though.

Nice list btw. Good luck getting it stickied. I had to pull a few strings to get mine stuck. Not to mention this whole list thing turned out to be a lot more work then I bargained for, but that's ok. Anything to help out and make the game better.

 

Count me amongst the people who'd love to see a War of the Lance mod.  I have fond memories of that game... and poor heroes dying on quests.

I put that in the Modding Guides, Tutorials, References, Tips, Hints, and Tools thread already, as I think it fits there better.

As awesome as it is, it's a tool, not a mod, and therefore belongs in the Tools, etc thread, not here.

Two lists is totally not happening. I already have 2 to maintain, adding another one would not be fun. I'll color-code the current one or do something similar, but later, again, when I have a mouse.

I plan to eventually do a Master of Magic recreation in Elemental, I would prefer to work with other people on this as finding time is not that easy. However if none of the people who want a MoM mod plan to actually do so I'll eventually work on it myself. I probably won't start until middle of October though.

I added [WIP] and [REL] tags to the mods. If I messed yours up, I apologize, let me know and I'll fix it. I was going based of memory of what's been released and what hasn't. Also, do not ask for more specific tags, it's not going to happen.

Also, I probably missed some mods, there was three pages of modding forum posts to go through and a couple probably slipped through the cracks. Let me know and I'll add the ones I missed.
