Steampunk WIP

Steampunk WIP

Updated -- going with Window 2 for the first style (grungy substyle after that).

The start menu is a little incomplete in this shot because the gears and gauges are going to be animation, and I haven't gotten to the animating part just yet (except the start button, which is a gauge that fluctuates on mouseover).

OH -- and I plan on doing a Xion skin, too.
And I'm doing a DX!!

YEAH!  And Jim has graciously agreed to do a DX!  This makes me so happy, because I can't make heads or tails of DX; it's so beyond me!  I've tried just to modify widgets and ended up with a mess all over my desktop.

Sounds very good k10w3.  I think I used ClocX before I found Stardock and WinCustomize, I remember it as being easy to use.  If you are skinning for it I may have to go back to using it.

I'm sure RedneckDude will do his usual fine work also.

I will be looking for permission from you once thing are done to do a Theme Manager Suite for this theme. :-"

That's the one I'm going with.  See my reply #42 for a screenshot of what I have done so far.

DX is really a LOT easier than WBs. Karen, I can help you do a DX theme sometime, if you want. :D
