i just got demigod and very much enjoy the game, but it kinda remind me the same as with sins. there is no story and just a sandbox game.

are ppl at stardock and gas power games are too lazy to come up with a story mode and indeep detils for all the gods and the npc?

and dont want to sound like a noob, how come there isnt a tutorial for the game?

yes but those games are not multiplayer based. Also some of the best games have no story, quake, unreal tournament..

so story is good, of course but just like sports, multiplayer games do not need a story!

unreal tournament 3 have a campagin too. and why is ok for a game to be mulitiplayer and not have a campaign? or do we need to play more than $50 to get everything we want? like halo3, gears of war 2 and more.

and that list is for stroy games for the quote.

sports and sims are sandbox game.

To be honest, the vast majority of single-player campaigns suck.  They're just glorified skirmishes with a contrived story and weird victory objectives that still essentially boil down to "destroy the enemy".  I honestly think we're better off without them.
