Okay, here's what you do for this game: You have to "ban" the person who posted above you for an outrageous, silly, or funny reason. Got it?

so therefore I decree ScoutDog guilty for ruining everyones fun and must be ignored in the ban game for 20 rounds

Ryat: Who said I wasn't fair? I say that you should (Not to contradict my own idea) ban him from this game for 20 pages, and from all others for 20 INDIVIDUAL replies. As in, seperated by at least TWO posts from other users. But, that's just me.
