@Xer07: Pretty much what Ryat said. Do NOT give her any kind of hope that you 2 might be together some day. That would make her falsely believe that you do want to be with her, and when she realizes that she doesnt have a chance, all her hopes and dreams will crumble, probably leading to what she threatens to do (suicide).
Let her know, and try to make her accept that you are her friend, nothing more.

Anyway, the thing is, that Ms Hannah needs to realize that you're not the one for her. You can use the classic trick of empathy, telling her that you wanted to be with Mishayla for years, often thinking of suicide, but you didnt actually do it. I dunno Xer07, I'm not so good at that kind of stuff, but I am sure you are 
It will take some time, but once you get her to get out of this mental state, she'll recover. So do what Ryat said, (stop being her crutch), but do it slowly, gently.
But really, there is a really HUGE thing you are missing to the whole story: You CANT save everyone dude, its just not possible. Besides, why the hell you think that its somehow your fault that she's got feelings for you, and because you dont, she wants to commit suicide. Thats ridiculous. Its her problem, not yours.
