When I hit Apply it wont change the theme

Hey Im sure this has been adressed before but I am so stuck. I purchased windowblinds not 30 minutes ago. When I try and change a theme it just reverts it to a windows 98 theme. It refuses to change them. When I hit apply nothing happens andi it stays at windows 98. If anyone has any answers i would appreciate it

also can't access anything through firefox.. bookmarks, nothing..

If you have updated to version 6.4 and still have issues, then you should contact support at stardock dot com and provide the information you used when you purchased WindowBlinds.
