bootskin pro.

not working

Hi. bootskin does not work, have put in a request about 8 weeks now and still no joy.Stardock must be very unhappy about this particular programme, because to start with they tried to suggest things to try and they all failed, now i think they have given up, have not heard from them for about 5 weeks now. Do any one else have this trouble.
