2nd blind attempt

I began this new theme about 3 weeks ago.

I wanted to do a dark skin, but I didn't want to do glass. Glass can be over done. I wanted something more original. Also, I didn't want to do the black/blue combo. Though those colors look great together, once again, it can be over done.

Then I began to think back to when I first bought WindowBlinds... how I searched for a carbon fibre skin, and was left wanting...

When complete, this theme will also include ObjectDock backgrounds, a RightClick, and possibly a cursor (if I get the guts! :D )

Cool. What about the height issue? Should I make a new (short) substyle, or just leave it alone?

Progress Update:

Vista Light: Done

Vista Dark: Done

XP Light: Toolbar icons done. Shell images & animations left.

XP Dark: Not started yet, but will be really easy once XP Light is done.

 

My goal is to upload this within the next week. :w00t:

Progress Update:

I've never done shell animations for xp before. I found it to be pretty easy, I just need to tweak my graphics. My animation is flawless, but I made the graphics too dark! X|

Shell pictures almost done. Once xp light is done, xp dark will take about an hour to generate; Then to test both.

 

There are now 2 wallpapers up in the galleries.

Progress Report:

XP Light is done. I'll be testing it today.

When testing/tweaking is finished, I will then build XP Dark.

Everything is proceeding as i have forseen.

I'm getting ready to upload it now. Once it's in the galleries, then anyone making matching skins may also upload their skins to the appropriate galleries.
