Still looking for a way to convert to .m4v that's not too expensive, though. AVS4U has a 'free' converter, as long as you don't mind the app putting a watermark in the middle of your video. They use a 'subscription' revenue model which will eliminate the watermark after you register, but it's an annual fee. That model is fine for ODNT but not sure it makes sense for this type of software.
