We are aware of some issues going on with some of the websites, and Impulse.  We are currently working on the problem, and hopefully should be resolved soon.  :)

Update (December 26th):

Downloads have been fixed, but as everything else is getting worked on there still might be intermidiate issues.  Please check this thread for updates.

Personal sites on WinCustomize should be working, but uploads are still down at this time

Initally when the servers went down there was a post saying everyone who bought something (in my case Sins) would get a 33% Discount Coupon providing that it was between 24th and the day it gets fixed. Any word on when we'll get the coupons?
