Website and Impulse Connection Issues - December 24th

We are aware of some issues going on with some of the websites, and Impulse.  We are currently working on the problem, and hopefully should be resolved soon.  :)

Update (December 26th):

Downloads have been fixed, but as everything else is getting worked on there still might be intermidiate issues.  Please check this thread for updates.

Personal sites on WinCustomize should be working, but uploads are still down at this time

The server hardware died today.  We are moving it to a new server (along with other functions).  The following will be down for a few hours:

1) Serial Generation

2) Serial activation

3) News

4) GC Metaverse

Go figure, I guess you can't expect hardware to go down when there is someone around to monitor it.

Hope this doesn't screw up anyone's Holiday plans.

The Stardock root database server had a hardware crash on Christmas eve. The DB admins are working on restoring it but some services will be affected including customer database updating, software updating and downloading and other services.  We do not currently have an ETA to solve due to limited personnel being available on Christmas eve / Christmas day but it should be rectified within the next 48 hours.

I think so, I've been trying to upload a few things for 3 days, and can't view user pages, so it must be the WC Database as well, well I guess they are connected :blush:
