It's siddy. He's an idiot and a troll, and I don't understand why the moderators don't do anything about him. Really, this forum could use more moderation.
That said, he does sometimes contribute to gameplay discussions when he's not being an ass.

The boards are well moderated in the sense that if there's anything that needs taking care of, it can get done in minutes. They're just being nice and not very overbearing on moderation. Lots of people can be asses, but most of us are adults anyway and don't need our hands held

Based upon past releases when should we expect to see entrenchment posted? (Time of day)

Order processing should start around 1-2pm (probably closer to 1) EST, if past indications are to go by. They're done first-come-first-serve so the earliest preorders get done first, and depending on the number it can take another 1-2 hours to get them all done.
You'll get an email right away when yours is done, and it will automatically show up (somehow) in My Games. Make sure to keep "show pre-release" checked.
This may be a dumb question or one that is answered else where but, can you use maps made with galaxy forge during/with the beta??
What I really don't understand about Siddy is that seeing as almost no-one agrees with him about Ironclad why he is trolling this thread. You WILL find bugs and unbalanced elements in a beta, thats the whole point of them releasing it (so we can find them).
We'll have to see. I don't imagine how maps are read got changed, at most it might be another edit of the maps' versionNumber, like for the few previous patches.

If you ordered today you should still get access. Your order is just at the end of the list.
All the orders that were taken over the past couple months are being done in the same order they came in. So someone ordering right when it was announced is ahead of mine (from last month), which is ahead of yours (today). But it should still get done.
If you don't have access by tomorrow, you should bug support. 
You get to play today, once everyone else does.... the longer you waited to preorder the longer it will take to process your order.....
Someone with Entrenchment already take some cool screenshots!!!!
Though chances are that everyone that HAS it is off playing and not reading the forums.
