btw you might want to change the screenshot date. just because you're not sure when it comes out, you don't have to write 2009 to further demoaralise the waiting lot.

else: too bad the screens don't really show anything new. at least, I think that what we see here are mostly ships, and structures we have already seen pics of. c'mon, lets see the vasari uber pwnage fortress of destruction and mayhem. or the advent conviction nexus. I want!! god, this waiting starts affecting me too.

So, at the risk of sounding pushy, is there like, any news about the intended, not-set-in-stone, possible, target release date for the beta of this thing, for those of us that pre-ordered way back in mid-November?

You're going to be disappointed if it's not out by Christmas, and I honestly expected it to be released right after everyone came back from Thanksgiving holiday.

I'm actually with you on this one. Thought it would be released to us pre-orderers around a week after v1 was taken out of beta.
One can always hope and wish that it is out within the next 2 weeks so we can play religously through the x-mas break.

hm hm, last I read, they still have problems with the synch bug, don't they? I'd say they won't release it before that, so once it is solved, they will start making the beta package. after all, it should be in a beta testable shape by now. I hope.
There's no new confirmed sync bug that I'm aware of. Some people sent in logs with the 1.12 test build, but Blair said a bunch of those were because they were playing with 1.11 people. So I dunno
just printed all the screenshots and made my own flipbook.... nice with no syncbug... so please i want more (maybe 3000 screenshots) for my flipbook, or the beta
