Idlebot

Sits in the forums doing what???

So I was wondering - what is the deal with Idlebot. He/She/It sits in the forums, never says anything and has no game history.

Is anyone else curious about this, or able to shed light on why idlebot sits there?

(I'm bored while I wait for someone to log in to play, and idlebot is there and doing nothing...)

I've noticed him/her/it (could it be an actual computer bot???) sitting there on a number of occasions.... I asked Blair about it while I was online talking to him in ICO last night - as I posted above, he is a user and nothing to do with IC.

If it doesn't belong to Ironclad or Stardock then you have to wonder who exactly it belongs to. and what their purpose is for having the bot there, and whether it's for benevolent, benign, or malevolent purposes.
