When I add a new program to the quick launch tab in the bottom shelf its not letting me change the icon for it. And if I drag an icon/png image to it I get a white background rather than a transparent one

My apologies, QL items were not accepting drag & drop of PNG and TIF icons. Fixed for the 8.11 release.
