If you're having a white screen that is almost certainly an issue with the graphics card not supporting Shader Model 2.0 which the game absolutely requires. If a card does not support Shader Model 2.0 then it cannot be patched in by any sort of software, it's simply a limitation of the hardware.

If that is the computer you're talking about then the graphics card does, in no way, meet the requirements for the game (especially if it only has 32MB of Video Memory which is different from RAM/System Memory) and it's something that our QA process cannot be blamed for as it's our base requirement for the game.
