VPU Recover and Where to find manual?

Hello everyone!

I brought the game through digital download. I thought there would be a copy of the manual on the website to read over while at work but I don't see one. Could someone point me in the right direction or is the only manual available to me through the game download service?

Also,

I keep having a graphics issue - I'm using the 3870 OC edition card and when the game goes to menu it freezes the game and displays the "VPU Recover" dialog box/error. I resolved this by disabling VPU Recover through ATI CCC but is there something else going on here? I don't have this issue with any other games I'm currently running.

I had the same issues. My solutions so far is to turn Antialiasing and Anisotropic Filtering to 'application' instead of driver choice.

With the CCC and tray icon you can easily create a few profiles for the games you play.

So far I had only need for three:

- All driver choice (preferred)
- Adaptive AA disabled
- AA control to application

That should get you through 95% of the games.

Well, my problem has escalated. When I startup the game now on the menu screen it does one of two things: 1. Totally freeze and lock-up my system into a black screen or 2. Totally freeze and give me a infinite loop error citing ATI2DVAG as the problem. Weird thing is I play high end games on my system maxed out just fine. I'm not really understanding what the issue is - I'm only having it with this game and altering the CCC didn't help. I uninstalled it along with all of its components from my system and registry and still have this issue.
