I see other name, but there are no party i can join, other people don' t see what i'm writing and i can' t create a game because it's bug.

So i can' t play on internet. If someone have the solution, i'm here!

If you are using a router, you may need to forward ports 6000 and 6112 to your machine.

That would vary depending on what kind of router you have. You'd need to go into the router's controls (go to its IP address in a web browser), and there should be a setting for it in there. Generally it is covered in the manual if you have it still.

Actually, I was having a similar problem, and I don't use a router. I'm not behind a firewall either. When I go to play multiplayer, I can see other people in the chat and even communicate with them. However, when I create my game and click ready, the program freezes (music continues without glitches, it just sits at the candidate selection screen). From conversations in the room last night, I know I am not the only one with this problem. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

ok, i'm in the similar situation, but i can' t speak to other people and i don' t see the discussion between them.
I don't understand what' s wrong.

Did someone join your game? If not, it's just waiting for someone to, and is probably not frozen.

Hmm, I thought that might be it, but I had a person who said he wanted to join- wondering why he didn't when I created it- if that is really what is going on.

I know this might be a bit much to ask, but maybe one of Stardock's finest could write up a brief Multiplayer "How-To" for us less brilliant chaps here. I've read the manual and still have no luck.
