Stacked Teams vs Newbs (is this fun?)

Stacked Teams vs Newbs (is this fun?)

I don't know.  I understand the concept of playing with friends and all, but lately I've seen a lot of games online like this:

4vs4 Game

TEAM1
player1 120 Games/87 wins/0 Losses
player2 78 Games/54 wins/6 Losses
player3 94 Games/59 wins/7 Losses
player4 90 Games/43 wins/9 Losses

TEAM2
player 5 3 Games/1 win/0 Losses
player 6 0 Games/0 wins/0 Losses
player 7 17 Games/3 wins/3 Losses
player 8 4 Games/0 wins/2 Losses

Community standard wont raise unless people are willing to play newbies.

For sure ... The creator of the thread (the OP) has bragged, a few weeks ago, on other threads, that he liked to test his Disciple and Illuminator spam-rushes on newbies.

Wow ! That inspires me, as a MP n00b, to become a guinea pig on ICO.  :NOTSURE:

Hahaha, hey that's awesome. You know I'm a newbie player as far as MP goes and I'd be happy too with the experienced guys giving me a job to focus on... I love teamplay over and beyond whether it's MP or AI stomping anyways though, my tastes differ from some I think.

Don't you think you'd enjoy playing a more competitive game if you made an effort to balance the teams?

This is silly but also, when noobs get crushed a few times, if they are smart they will learn from it and improve. I know I have learned the most about this game from being beaten to a pulp, paying attention, thinking about it then changing my tactics.

I'm sure it will happen again too.

Sticking with overpowered teams doesn't sound like fun though, some competition between friends can be exciting too!

You dont learn anything by being crushed with noob allies. the problem arises that looking at the replay or reflecting on the game, its hard to discern whether the mistakes on your team was due to you or your nooby allies.

You cant even try out skilled aggressive build queues either because whilst you do that , singling you out for a 3 vs 1 as they scout that you're the only one worth silencing , your nooby allies will be busy colonising anything that moves, instead of helping you.

My reccomendation is 1v1 vs skilled. Only way to improve through playing.
