Are you a Nazi if you support Bush?

Are you a Nazi if you support Bush?

A Bush supporter had his front lawn vadalized by people who stole his "Bush-Cheney" signs and burned an 8 foot x 8 foot swastika into the man's front lawn.

I guess only supporters of John Kerry are allowed to have signs in their front yard. Bush supporters seem to be getting their lawns vadalized...but then again, who cares about laws, rules and the truth when it comes to getting your candidate elected.

I'd also be very, very interested in seeing such a Winchester Saddle Carbine for sale now that doesn't require a special license. Produce an ad if you don't mind. The only ones I can find in any of my catalogs or online have a barrell length of 20" or so.

This exchange only reminds me the Micheal Moore was absolutely spot on in Colombine High when he made a fervent plea for gun control. If one of you did not have the gun then this exchange could have taken a different course. Removing the sign from the Lawn is bad, but to say thaT IT DESERVES A bullet is far far worse. GROW UP

Look I don't know what is happening within the US besides what I hear on the political scene (and we hear a lot about your politics). But there has been much controversy over here over supporters of the Liberal Party (the current Right wing Government that has indulged in membership of the Coalition of the Killing) decorating signs for our Greens party and our Labor Party with devil horns, beards, glasses etc. I have retaliated lately because I can't stand the way that the Right feels they have the right to do this to parties who have so little funds they can barely afford posters. But over here it's the Right who started this battle.

Ummm...

It seems like yesterday we were fighting each other over who had the cave closest to the river.

You can't be serious.

It isn't very thoughtful to make statements that start with 'people like that' or to make assumptions about what people would say if you asked them a question about their reasoning.

I'd shoot somebody who felt it was perfectly all right to violate my property or person and commit hate crimes on my lawn.

As if they have a valid reason for their zealous hatred?

No YOU grow up! Nobody said "anything" about shooting anyone! I said I would hold the person at gun point (which by the way is my right here in PA) while waiting for the police.

Nobody knows if they hate this guy, and they wouldn't have a reason to. It sounds like they are anit-Bush and they shouldn't have done that, but that doesn't matter. Responding (and initiating on their part) in a violent way is unacceptable. Making assumptions about motives in unacceptable. Lumping people into groups and assigning them characteristics based on that grouping is unacceptable. None of these things helps this country better represent its people.
