Republicans aka fascists

The biggest problem in the States these days is by far the Republican Party! LOL!!! Not only are they fear mongers, war mongers, and idiots (that's obvious), they can only complain about what's wrong with democrats, not come up with any ideas of their own, or offer any solutions to current problems. They are nothing but a bunch of loud mouth know-it-alls. It's time for them to be told to SHUT THE HELL UP!!! First of all, Bush is an idiot and quite possibly the worst president we've ever had (next to another Republican, Hoover). Why just the other day I heard chicken lips say that, "Childrens today need education." Childrens??? Do you mind??? How did this nut ever get elected? Oh, he didn't. The first time around he was appointed by the Supreme Court. I won't even go into the times he's said nukular or how about the old, "More and more imports are coming into the country." All imports come into the country you nut!

Problem one: Bush, ok, that's just a rant. He's a lame duck so it's too late to do anything unless they impeach him (which they should) and then convict him.

Problem two: Immigration. Republicans talk about Dems being weak on immigration. Here I actually see both parties at fault. What should be done is first, change the law that says immigrant children are automatically US citizens. Second, bring the National Guard back from Iraq and put them on the Mexican border with orders to shoot any illegal that tries to cross. Third, build the wall on the Mexican border and use the illegal aliens that are already here to build it...and then throw them over. If they try to cross back over the have the National Guard that is already there shoot them! People say, "Oh, the economy would be far worse off if the illegals were not here." I say that's a cop-out. The country as a whole would be stronger and better off without them! The economy wouldn't be drained by their burden.

Problem two: Dems are weak on national defense. Where the hell did this come from? They have fed this bs down the throats of the media so much that the people actually believe this crap. Who were the Presidents during WWI and WWII? Ever heard of Woodrow Wilson and FDR??? Were they republican or Democrat? Who was, more recently, the Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee? Sam Nunn, Democrat. Now, who was the President responsible for the Great Depression? Hoover! And what party was he??? LOL!!!

Problem three: republicans are better for the economy. Yeah, let me get on a tirade about Reaganomics and the trickle-down effect!

Problem four: Iraq. OK, most Dems voted to go into Iraq, but that was after they were lied to. Where are the WMD's? We are over there now so let's take care of business. OK, I'll agree with that, but why don't we just get out of the quagmire Bush has created? Leaving doesn't mean retreating. Leaving means letting the Iraqi's take care of their own country. Here, we took care of saddam. We've built you what we can without getting ourselves blown up too much. But now it's time to be a big boy and take care of yourself. The real solution would be to dissolve the borders of Iraq, create 3 new countries within the current borders, and let the Sunnis, Shia, and Kurds run their own business. Make Baghdad owned by all three. The real solution would be to go find Osama. Remember him?

All right! I'm done. Let's hear whatchya got!

OK, you make some good, albeit debatable points, but you make two mistakes:

1) ad hominem name calling of your opposition;

2) assuming ALL of your opposition are Republicans.

But I'll address my comments to your points categorically (you had two number two arguments, so I'm listing them as 1-5):

Problem one: agreed about the problem, disagree on the solution. Impeaching Bush would be more political posturing, would cost this country dearly, and ultimately would be unlikely to result in a conviction, especially when you remember the large number of legislators who are neck deep in the same crap Bush is.

Your gal Hillary, for instance, is as beholden to the Health Insurance lobbies and the oil companies as anyone. You're right in not trusting Bush; the mistake you make is in trusting Hil.

Problem two: the problem with changing the law for children of illegals is that it would require a Constitutional amendment, as they have citizenship by virtue of the 14th amendment. Other than that, I have no problem with the rest of your comments. And I agree, both Dems and Republicans are equally culpable.

Problem three: Rooseveltian Democrats are as extinct as Goldwater Republicans. It's not an apt comparison. As for responsibility for the Great Depression, blaming Hoover for the Great Depression is a popular myth, but it is exactly that, a myth. The Great Depression was a worldwide depression, and the US was one of many nations to suffer. Hoover is certainly guilty of imperfect foresight, but not of causing the Great Depression. He acted according to conventional wisdom at the time.

Problem four: No argument. Neither party is "good" for the economy; it's pretty much spin.

Problem five: Lied to? If anyone was "lied to", it was Bush, as much of the intel he was using was gathered during the CLINTON years. I'm no fan of Bush, but he can't be faulted for using data that was passed on by his predecessors; one of whom, I must note, was IN THE WHITE HOUSE when this intel was gathered.

Welcome aboard, clintonbabe. I look forward to some interesting discussions.

Gideon Macleish...just for the record the name clinton babe isn't in reference to hilly, but to billy, as i am a fan of the greatest President we ever had! I don't know how i feel about hilly. She's certainly not my gal. I'm a Democrat but don't compare all democrats to me. Don't assume I support the party line. I'm damn sure not a republican, but i like Fred Thompson. He tells it like it is. I also like Denis Kucinich. He tells it like it is. The two of them should run together like our elections were in the old days, where the P and VP had to be of opposite parties. But if i have to vote Dem or republican, I'm voting Dem. Hillary seems to say what people want to hear as opposed to saying what SHE thinks. The whole gps wrist chip thing she talked about implanting in people a few years ago irked me and still does. The gps id cards that got included in the iraq funding bill we are supposed to get in may 2008 pisses me off. How are we supposed to even get them? will they be mailed? why are they being big brother to me when some mexican can just walk across the border? When and if i get mine, i'm breaking it in half and they can kiss my ass. I also heard gps chips will be included in new passports, which when i get mine, a hammer will be included. Benjamin Franklin said that, "People who desire security over liberty deserve neither liberty nor security." There needs to be a politician run who is humble and has a backbone.

Little-whip. Stop running your mouth. When dems refer to the "disenfranchised" they refer to the vast number of independant citizens who don't vote. I would think you would support my policy of shooting illegals as they cross the border, or are you one yourself? Shut your trap or come up with an intellectual way to respond like Gideon MacLeish. REPUBLICAN DAYS OF BEING THE ONLY LOUD MOUTHS ARE OVER!!!!!

70% of the U.S.'s debt has been generated under the last 3 republican presidents

If your immigration solution is implemented, the Dems will never win another election. They depend too much on the votes of illegal aliens, felons, and other ineligibles, referring to them as 'disenfranchised.

...? duh? what? Lemme reread for a second..

"They depend too much on the votes of illegal aliens, felons, and other ineligibles.."

Ok.. so, the Dems won their electoral victories because the people who can't vote voted for them? Is that your logic, sir?
Problem five: Lied to? If anyone was "lied to", it was Bush, as much of the intel he was using was gathered during the CLINTON years.

Wrong. The false intelligence was collected during the first two years of Bush in power. Bush wanted Iraq as a war-target ever since he came into power. He said himself "I am a war president", well, duh, if you elect a war president, he'll be looking for a war to fight, or create one

Or push people into "finding" one, be the evidence false.

I mean, if he really had intel that "Saddam Hussein has - we know he HAS them - WMD" for 2 years, why did he waited *that* long to attack?

It is the CiC's job to judge carefully the intelligence that comes into your office, because you are responsible of the troops under your command. Most people in official position who casted doubts over War in Iraq were ousted. I don't call that a careful consideration of intelligence.

OK, that's a load off my back! I'm not a fan of former pres. Clinton anymore, but that's FAR preferable to being a Hillary fan.

Wrong. The false intelligence was collected during the first two years of Bush in power.

I could point you to numerous sources that say otherwise, but if you haven't read them already, you're unlikely to.

OK, cikomyr. We had no problems before Bush, and Bush has singlehandedly caused every problem we have as a nation. There. You win.

The fact is, as long as we singlehandedly point blame at the party we don't like rather than realizing they've all pretty much sold us down the river, then we're missing half the picture.

70% of the U.S.'s debt has been generated under the last 3 republican presidents

Not arguing that. But "less bad" does not equal good.

First let me welcome you to joeuser.

second, you don't want to be mashed into a mold of other Democrats, yet you mash all Republicans together. A little hypocrisy in this don't you think?

Third, while the republicans were in charge they made a mess of things, now that the Democrats are in charge, same mess, nothing has changed.

"disenfranchised"

adjective
deprived of the rights of citizenship especially the right to vote; "labor was voiceless"; "disenfrenchised masses took to the streets

as you can see this is used for those who want to vote but aren't allowed. it is not used for those who do not want to vote.

change the law that says immigrant children are automatically US citizens

It is not a law. It is a Constitutional right. As such, it can only be changed by amending the Constitution by a vote of 2/3rds of Congress and 3/4 of the states.

The only reason many so-called Democrats bother to vote at ALL is because the local Party sends free buses into the projects, offering free crack cocaine, fried chicken, ugly white girls, and 40oz liquor to anyone they can pick up and transport to the polls.

that is probably the most single greatest stupid/invented allegation I ever heard while trying to smear democrats.. or any political parties.

And still, I don't get your point. What does the dem win if people that are not allowed to vote support them? nothing. That's not what will get them elected, so I still don't see where you are trying to dig yourself in.
Uh, Cikomyr -

The point is they "do" vote, whether eligible or not. Votes from ineligible & nonexistent voters have been critical to the Democratic Party since 1960, if not before. And when anyone, such as a Republican, challenges those "votes," they are accused of trying to disenfranchise "voters" whose undocumented eligibility (or existence) is considered by the Democrats to be unassailable. And they always throw in an allegation of racism just for grins, since they also assume the only votes being challenged are of minorities (the very people, usually, the Dems round up for the polls without being so discriminatory as to ask for evidence of eligibility to vote - a convenient way to innoculate themselves against a challenge: "You racist pigs!").

It is a conscious strategy of the Democratic Party to pander to large blocs of inelegible "voters" because they've been having some trouble gaining a majority of truly eligible voters for the past 25 years or so. They rightly assume that at least 4 out of 5 illegal votes will be for the Party that tacitly endorses illegal voting, not to mention promises all sorts of freebie goodies for the undocumented & non-citizens.

Well, at least this one came out as a Democrat right off the back and didn’t try to pass him/herself as a Conservative that agrees with Democratic talking points.

Let me be the better person here and say welcome to your worst nightmare, I mean joeuser.com. We always appreciate more moths to the flames, I mean loudmouth Democrats who feel before they think, I mean insight from the other side of the looniverse. A piece of advice, spellcheck is your best friend and proof reading can make you a star on joeuser.com. Well maybe not a star, but I can guarantee your “claims” will stand a better chance at being taken serious. Unless you plan on using name-calling as your first line of defense. Keep this in mind next time you wanna talk about how bad someone talks.

Now, about your “article”.

The biggest problem in the States these days is by far the Republican Party! LOL!!! Not only are they fear mongers, war mongers, and idiots (that's obvious), they can only complain about what's wrong with democrats, not come up with any ideas of their own, or offer any solutions to current problems. All imports come into the country you nut!

Well, right up to where you said “SHUT THE HELL UP!!!”, you can easily replace Republican Party with Democratic Party and get the same results. But the biggest problem here is not the Republican, Democrat or even the Independent Party. The real problem here is the average American. The ones who think they know about politics and what’s good for the country, but in reality don’t know anything more than who are the 2 final contestants on American Idol. You know, the ones more concerned with why Mike Vick is being bashed or if Paris Hilton was treated fairly in jail or why won’t we leave Britney Spears alone. BTW, you are “who” to tell anyone to shut up? So you claim Republicans to be the worst thing to happen to the US yet here we have a Democrat taking away my First Amendment?

Problem one: Bush, ok, that's just a rant. He's a lame duck so it's too late to do anything unless they impeach him (which they should) and then convict him.

I love it how Democrats cling to a single word and somehow manage to throw it in every conversation that has the name Bush in it. In case you have not bothered to educate yourself and just repeat, like your party demands you to, what all Democrats love to repeat, here is the definition of impeachment:

“Impeachment is the process by which a legislative body formally levels charges against a high official of government. Impeachment does not necessarily mean removal from office; it comprises only a formal statement of charges, akin to an indictment in criminal law, and thus is only the first step towards possible removal. Once an individual is impeached, he or she must then face the possibility of conviction via legislative vote, which then entails the removal of the individual from office.”

Wiki Impeachment

Now unless you have irrefutable proof and not some “I hate Bush with all my guts” rant about how he should be impeached anyways, from your own article, SHUT THE HELL UP!!! (so how does it feel to be on the receiving end of your own words?) But I can’t expect anything less than a “I hate Bush with all my guts” rant about how he should be impeached anyways since Democrats have never really played by the rules. They are just as dirty, disgusting and selfish as any Republican they claim to be dirty, disgusting and selfish.

I say that's a cop-out. The country as a whole would be stronger and better off without them! The economy wouldn't be drained by their burden.

Now, I can’t argue much here, except I am not much for trading one group of slaves for another, I thought the point was to stop slavery, not find a replacement. Again a Democrat claiming the Republicans to be the worst thing in the nation yet they want slavery back, except this time we need not to bring them across the ocean since our new breed of slaves brought themselves across the border. Psss, your hypocrisy is showing.
You know, I was burned a few times here for coming across as generalizing, it’s kinda funny considering generalization happens to be a very common thing on this site and this country for that matter. But let me tell you this, keep bunching up everything that looks, walks and talks like a Republican and you’re gonna find yourself at the receiving end of a non-stop bashing even from those who might have agreed with you in some of your points.

LOL!!!

OK since you’re a Democrat I guess we can understand why you can’t count, I mean after all, poor and/or uneducated people usually vote Democrat, right? At least that’s what I’ve been told since I’m considered by many to be poor and they don’t understand why I lean Conservative. Oops, there I go generalizing again.

I love the fact that you started out this article by stating “Not only are they fear mongers, war mongers, and idiots (that's obvious),” and here you are claiming Democrats were in the White House during WWI and WWII. It would seem that the Democrats can wear the “I am a war monger” shirt just as well as the Republicans can. Oops, my hypocrisy detector just went off. Must be malfunctioning. But nah, I can’t truly say that all Democrats are weak on defense. I mean just take Clinton for example, he had the best defense ever when he said “I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky” and when he said “I tried marijuana once. I did not inhale”.

Problem three: republicans are better for the economy. Yeah, let me get on a tirade about Reaganomics and the trickle-down effect!

Are you sure this is problem three? I don’t want to get lost and confused here. That Democratic tactic won’t work on me.

Yea, better for the economy (LOL, I almost chocked on that one. Girl, you got spunk). I guess taking money from those who have and give it to those who don’t makes perfect economical sense. Sure, why should Joe Blow bust his balls working when Jack Somebody makes more than enough for himself, his family and Joe Blows family? Oh, but wait. What about Jill Notmyfault who didn’t know she could get pregnant if she had unprotected sex because the guy she slept with said he could pull out on time. Now Jack Somebody has become a child-support provider for a child that is not even his, or is it?

Oh yea, I look so forward to giving up half or more of my paycheck just so Pancho Villa and Beverly Hillbilly can kick back with their big screen TVs, their Nintendo Wii’s and their new iPhones while I clock out of my full-time and head over to my part-time just so I can keep up with the taxes to support my fellow Americans. Because I’m a real American Hero; without me and people like me they would either starve to death or be force to (Lord, forgive me) look for work.

Make Baghdad owned by all three. The real solution would be to go find Osama. Remember him?

Lied too? Gotta wonder how much of an idiot Bush really is if he singlehandedly (since everyone always blames Bush and no one else) managed to outsmart the entire Congress. Democrats must be that damn stupid to have fallen for such BS like the report that made them vote to go to war. Ah, but I thought it was Republicans who were war mongers. How is it that peaceful people like Democrats, who are not war mongers according to the writer of this article, who are not fear monger according to the writer of this article, who are not idiots according to the writer of this article, got convinced with fake intel to go to war? Boggles the mind doesn’t it? So we are supposed to trust a party who couldn’t even tell when they were being lied to and even then couldn’t say no to war? BTW, this would be problem 5, right?

All right! I'm done. Let's hear whatchya got!

Well, you may be done. But my dear, we are just getting started. We’ll see just how loud of a mouth you really are, and crying doesn’t count. I will give you points for having balls, even if you are a girl. Let’s hope you can actually bring it and give this place some decent debates, though your first impression tells me you are already following the path of those before you who would have joined your crusade to silence the Republicans but instead failed to silence themselves and got the Stardock logo imprinted on their behinds as they were given the royal Stardock boot for not being civilized debaters.

Enjoy your stay, bring lots of Advil and Ben-gay. You’re gonna need it. I’m sure Col gene can get you some at Senior Citizen/Veterans discount, paid for by yours truly.

Ok, well maybe they don't hand out free crack,

Which, I have to say, was kinda *the* biggest allegation you made, no offense. Please take care of restraining your accusation inside actual facts, and outside Rush Limbaugh's lies. (I mean, calling H. Clinton a "communism" is pretty stupid, considering she would be a strong conservative force on the international level)

I would like to see that quote - a Communism?

As for the unquoted part of that statement - only to those of weak enough minds to buy her bilge water.

k, well maybe they don't hand out free crack, but they do deliberately entice non-registered voters to accompany them to the polls, and they target areas where a large number of unregistered voters can be rounded up. I've seen this with my own eyes.

Let's not forget....

Defiance County elections officials were confident the first three hadn't moved to their small community. But the fourth one lived there, and - in exchange for crack cocaine - tried to falsely submit the first three names and more than 100 others onto the county's voter registration rolls, police said.
