Ok I'm hyper so I'll summarize the thing I wrote.

A) Dystopic is right. You're responsible for your own emotional state. However, this also means you can and should not allow others to affect how you feel (unless it's good obviously).

No one here holds any malice toward you, except that freeman dude that you go back and forth with. Anyone picking on you is just fucking around, no real harm meant. A skill you will use until you die is not being (at least visibly) bothered by the words/actions of others. Most do it just to get you to react that way. Denying them that is satisfying in and of itself.
