Why didn't we show all those alien-lovers, do-gooders, influence-victory-achievers, treaty-followers and other weak empires their boundaries yet?

Having a cheat-flagged score or... a whole bunch of them... isn't going to make the EMPIRE look bad in any way, correct? I know my char's score will be in the pits for the main metaverse, but I don't care about that really. I just intend to play a few games with mods on this guy.

And the alt-meta doesn't worry about cheat flags? neat.

I see that damned Scumby is lurking again, i'd say he envy's us here in the Tyranny but is far to scared to embrace his evilness and join us. Perhaps we will keep him a round a little longer and see if he has the intestinal fortitude to prove his debauchery....

Fire away. We are all as intent on having fun within the Metaverse as much as we are about conquering it. Correct the AltMeta cares not about cheat flags so mod away.
In fact one of the next things on the to-do list within the MVC is to implement a Mod AltMeta, so that should be something to look forward too, though it is way off in the future.

Sorry i was MIA for a bit there guys, Rl got in the way, i will hoprfully have my drengin game finished in a day or too, just got the thalans and their 200 or so planets to go.../sigh\

Its summer in canada. a whole 2 months of it. and yes in the beer. I am playing a gigantic evil altorian game. was totally getting my ass kicked but am now number two and climbing. I believe my problem is the colony rush, I end up with ten planets to everybody elses sixty planets. Oh well I like it the hard way(NO SICK JOKES PLEASE)chat later.

Summer has started here too. It's a tad over 150F and down to about 99.999% humidity. It won't be too long before we'll need our air conditioners.

My sister-in-law's car recently lost its AC. I'll have to remember to call her up and say that it sucks to be her.   

In other news, I might officially take over my boss's job. He was promoted last week and I'm doing it until we can find another victim. I'd just need to get that second lobotomy...   

I wasn't lurking, I never lurk! I have better things to do with my slime. I was formulating my next scientific/sociological paper for "United Scumbags", if you must know ->

"How corrupt politicians that constantly sweated about being caught directly contributed to the the evolution of a new species - Scumby - and how the sweat glands in their pasty white skin evolved to produce such copious excretions of slippery slime in this new species" ... I expect I'll get a "Spyentific American" award out of it.   

More seriously still, I would join you guys, if I felt I had time to actually contribute something. Most of my available time is taken up with just learning the game, and of course I foolishly feel loyalty to The Gerontacracy ... but then, even the devil had weaknesses, which I carefully exploited for my own entertainment, and ... well that's an old story now.

I hope you don't mind me hanging around (what's that spot on your shoulder, neilo? drip) ? ... 'cause I have a lot of fun reading your outrageously funny puns (mottikhan, marshalloneil, (Et Al who?))

About chris benoit, I am not a wrestling fan, but he was my favorite wrestler   and my ac works, but i will tough it out without turning it on. 40C today with the humidex, gross. That a 70C change from winter(158F). Drinking too much Beer, getting dehydrated,need water(cough)

My evil half (don't ask) is very tempted to join you guys. After all, by getting older, one naturally becomes cantankerous, foul, mean spirited... Damn Near EVIL (well, some of us at least).

I already have one foot in my own empire "The Great Galactic Shoehorn" (which any of you are welcome to join btw), one foot in the "Gerontocracy", and a placement of a third foot to be determined (hey, careful I know what you were thinking).

To echo what ElWhopO was saying, I also may not have time enough to contribute scores on a regular basis, but being older and semi-evil already I can only become more so as time goes on .

It would be nice to have 3 homes...a firm tripod as a base
