I think I'm going to petition to turn this thread to the league of anti-beurocrats. frankly, I've had a bad day, and its been all about the goddamn beurocracy. I swear, I couldnt be in a worse mood if you chopped my leg off.

anyways, i believe that pretty much everyone in this forum hates "the bureaucracy" but since it seems to be the only choice in America, we're kinda screwed

Well your what? 16 right? In two years you can sign whatever document you want. Besides, there does need to be some limit to when you can sue for a contract with a minor. I mean think about how easy it would be to get the average 12 year old to sign their life away for a meager exchange. Since everything else except driving and drinking/gambling you can start doing at 18 (which you can do two years earlier and three years later respectively), why not contracts?

I can be held accountable for my actions at 16, even to the point of the death penalty. but I'm not old enough to keep my mouth shut? bullshit.

and besides, what this is handwaving, theres nothing I really had to risk beyond what is already damn well public domain.
