Hi Folks - this is Colleen, Elie's other half.  I wanted to let those of you that know Elie, know that he is in the hospital in serious condition.  He has some sort of viral infection that has impacted all of his systems, including his brain.  I took him in Friday morning and he has been in the ICU since then.

For those of you that know and care for Elie, I ask for your prayers or other kind thoughts into the universe for his recovery.

I will try to post something again soon.  I apologize for the "public" forum, but the truth is, I don't really know how to use the blog, so this is the best I could do.

Thanks in advance for your positive thoughts for Elie.

Elie....you know, coming to your blog to chit chat is getting so comfortable you might as well become the 'daddy' of us all!!


Anyway, I would be so much happier if you were there responding back! I miss you!

My son just called, the he missed the school bus and is at school....I should just leave him there! His dad is on the way to pick him up! That's like the 2nd time this month. I'm not mad at him, I'm just glad he's able to call - that's why I gave him a cell phone....a pay as you go one!

Like FS I am enjoying coming here and blurbing about my day.

Though today's blurb is boring. Appointments, pick up prescriptions/dry cleaning, errands, cleaning house.

ELIE!!! How are you today hon? How's Colleen? The weather is good here finally. I know its Florida, what am I complaining about right? It was mighty CHILLY here the last couple of days! Anyway, it's a balmy 79 now!

I'm not having a good time because of my allergies right now! "if it ain't one thing it's another!"

C'mon folks, lets kick start this shindig again.

Alright...lemme see, what has been going on with me lately.

Well, i can sum it up fairly well in two words: Work, Home.

For the most part it was a freaking messed up day.

Yesterday, I had my birthday, which went...blegh.

Today, (which i'll blog about later) started with taking nearly 5 hours to get across the cascades (Argh, Snow!!!) , waiting for a taxi for nearly an hour and a half, had my first day off in two weeks (although, I get OT), and nearly had a heart attack (figuratively) when some complete dolts messed up my girlfriend's flights, twice.

So, right now it's 9:36pm and i've got an hour and twenty-five minutes until my girlfriend arrives. (Yay!)
