I downloaded the mod yesterday (luckily before the page was hacked) and played a bit with it. It's already looking cool, keep it up!

WOW...sorry to hear about site guys, its pretty hard to believe some trekkie geek decided to destroy all the hard work Renfl, Han, Kinght, spax, and death put into that mod... (if i missed anyone sorry) It was really looking good too. My guess is my the other star trek mod team was behind, (i only think of this because your guy's mod was like 10X better than theirs... plus puma was always on your site asking for stuff.) I would like to offer anything i could do to help, I'm really big fan which you guys probably already know... I do know some stuff on modding but thats not my expertice, But my computer is Extemely high powered and i can move very large files pretty quickly (4.0GB Dram, and T1 connection.) so if theres anything i can do to help just drop me a line. Unbeliveable, you guys put all this work into something that makes the game we all really like better and this happens. Man it angers me to see this kind of action committed by another person. It is akin to a neo nazi throwing paint on picasso's guernica. I truely hope that the other team had nothing to do with this. Healthy competition brings out the best not worst in people. If so I promise I will never use anything from a group or person that would resort to this kind of low action.

Wow, this is surprising and extremely underhanded. I can only hope nobody on the forums is responsible. (I have been noticing a large increase in website hacks by people championing political causes, two of my friends personal sites included, so perhaps you may have been a victim.)

Hello, thank you for the replies with concern and outrage. Rest assured, we feel the same way. We do not want to point any fingers, because unfortunitly we do not have any proof available yet. When and if we do have definate proof, we will let everyone know so they can be aware and take any actions necessary to protect themselves.

The extend of the damage we are not going to get into, it caused damage. We decided on this for several reasons after discussion by the main contributors to the mod.

This mod is by no means dead, we can be hacked, kicked, but we can't be beat. We will be coming back stronger, and more aware than before. We feel this is a horrible act for anyone to commit, but things like this do happen in this "civilized" world of ours, it is every person who does not believe in such acts responsibility never to let this type of thing sway them from their original goal, because when that happens, you allow them to win, I smile as I sit and talk to my fellow modders, HAN891, KNIGHTBLADE, DEATHBYCHI, and SPAXSPORE...and how even though we are all outrage, not one of us want to back off, each one of us wants to come back and make this even better than it already was.

We also want to publicly thank you S31APOC, for offering to help us out, especially at this point. We will make good use of your hospitality.
