Hi Renfl,

I went to the link you provided but do not see any download links. So I tried registering with the forum, but I have yet to receive any confirmation/activation e-mail from the system. I am pretty darn certain I put in my correct e-mail address, I looked at it a couple extra times to try and ensure I put it in correctly before submitting my registration.

Everyone so far has received that error, but then be able to get in, so give it a try and let me know back here if it works or not. You can Private Message me, or post here.

We are trying to find out why, but it isn't making any since to us at this point.

i seem to be having a problem downloading it. everythingi get to the 90% area it stops, i know this is because of my internet, its a cheap provider /sigh. i was wandering if anyone knows a way that i dan download asmuch as i can reconect and then carry on downloading from where i started. or of a split download ?

You could try a Download manager like Free Download Manager or Download Accelerator Plus. You can then resume your download if you lose you connection.

I had some trouble myself getting it with the Defualt windows DLer, since I need to reinstall a DL manager again. Took three tries, but it doesn't disappoint I'm having a great time as the Borg right now .

The forum REQUIRES registry - its needed to keep spammers from joining. We let the requirement go away for a day, and we had 3 spammers join (sex sites), and we aren't interested in having that, so yep, basically requires you to register to the forum to download it.

They've been very quick on getting people activated as well. Not that much of a hassle imo. Well worth it for the quality of this mod

What about mine?
I already received the first eMail but have yet to see the "activation" one.
I simply want (by curiosity or otherwise) to D/L your ST/mod since i'm in the process of designing my own pack of races and i wouldn't like to create conflict or discrepancies in the choice i'm planning to do.

PS; Not that it matters soooo much, but i guess, all of us modders should agree on some sort of developing structure when it comes to put ID numbers on all our unique stuff.
Although, even if i will get to have DA soon as it won't be relevant anymore to bother with some custom numbering of mod races, i'm thinking about those who play within a DL setup, only.

For example, i certainly wouldn't tag a UFP race to integrate some Star Trek stuff (mostly as Minor ones, if you ask) since YOU "own" the slot already. Klingons & Romulans are real hard to pass by though... if one must remain faithful to the legendary Sci-Fi context seen on TV and Films.

I'll go check the Mail-Box once more and let ya know if i got what i need to log on LCARS.

Forget the above request, i just went to the board and logged on without a glitch. Strange though that i haven't received the second mail. It no longer matters.

Now, off to better things like getting the ST mod and have it ready for the DA installation later next week or somethin'.

i have downloaded the startreck pack =D i got this C:\Documents and Settings\Russell\Desktop\rebuilt.stnew.zip: CRC failed in ST NEW\Gfx\Models\Hwngtop2.png. The file is corrupt
it had errors and i had to fix it with winRa but its still not working for me
